The insulation is not sufficient. i was wearing two baselayers on the second day, Spyder and North Face and still i was cold. When i complained after returning home, your correspondent saud that she'd not had a problem so that its my fault for not skiing hard enough. I really wish id never bought it as i cant wear it as a skiing jacket. As you will be aware cold can be a savage enemy you might get away for a late March spring ski but no chance in winter conditions. Its poor design and looks like value engineers had a hand in this! Very poor

Hey Robert, thank you for leaving us a review! I'm sorry to read that the jacket didn't keep you warm on the slopes. We designed the insulation for the Adept to offer a good balance between warmth, mobility, and breathability to be comfortable in all types of weather. However, layering is essential when it's colder out, a base layer might not be sufficient. It's ideal to wear a midlayer such as a thicker fleece to add some extra warmth. I see that my colleague asked you a few questions so we can have a better understanding. I reopened the conversation, and we're looking forward to finding a solution - Valérie

great looking product but a few things could be better. The main pockets are quite shallow and when open it is easy for things to fall out. A deeper pocket would help greatly with this. Also a zip on the list pass pocket would be a welcome addition.
